Pigs is Pigs! Will you please try and be less controversial in your letters to the editor section. You published two letters (Day of the Pig, Lebelle, Day of the Pig, Moore) that complained about the “Day of the Pig”. Where is the balance in that?
Where were the letters singing the praises of CRACKLING AND SALT! Praises of pork stock for a Saffron risotto or bay leaf for pickled hocks? You should, as the writers suggest, try and be more balanced. Shame on you!
