Age 61, of Kingston, formerly North Frontenac, and son of the late Bruce and Eileen Rowland, passed away suddenly at his home on Saturday November 12, 2016. He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Rowland. He leaves behind his two daughters, Shauna Rowland (Mark Lemke) and Amber Armstrong (Adam), and his two grandsons Hudson and Jack. He will be deeply missed by his partner Corkie. The service will be for immediate family only. Peter will be laid to rest at the Plevna/Ardoch Community Cemetery in Plevna, Ontario.
