Peacefully at the Kingston General Hospital on Wednesday November 9, 2016in his 89th year, with his family by his side. Cherished soulmate of Rosemary. Loving father of Allen, Peter, Barbara and Donna. Dear ”poppa” to numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, and beloved by many nieces and nephews. Norris was a kind and friendly person who will be greatly missed by many people. Respecting Norris’s wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will be held at the Sharbot Lake Royal Canadian Legion Branch 425 on Sunday November 20, 2016 from 2-4 pm.
