Franklin Davis “Frank” Meeks

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our wonderful Dad “Frank” at the Lennox & Addington General Hospital on Tuesday, March 19, 2019. Proud & loving father of Randy (Gail), Laura (Mike), Ron (Kathy), Robert (Joanne) and Lisa (Rick) Dixon. He will always be cherished in the hearts of his grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Frank will be sadly missed by his brother-in-law Nelson (Carole) Rose and sister-in-law Jean Meeks. Pre-deceased by his loving & devoted wife of 62 years Ellanora Meeks (nee Rose), his parents James & Jessie Meeks, in-laws Nelson & Cora Rose, brother Albert Meeks and sister-in-law Ann Rose. Fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and many friends. Following cremation, the family received friends at the Milestone Funeral Center, Northbrook (613-336-6873) on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 11am-1pm. The Funeral Service followed in the Chapel at 1:00pm. Spring interment will take place at the Vennachar Cemetery. Friends desiring may contribute in his memory to the L&A Hospital Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation with appreciation.
