It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Phil in his 66th year on Wednesday, May 29, 2019. He will missed by his wife Lynne (Davey) of 47 years, daughter Rebecca, son Shea (Jodi) and three grandchildren Cutter, Paisley and Mackenzie. A special thanks to the nurses, staff, volunteers and doctors at Providence Care (Heritage 2) for their devoted care of Phil and Lynne over the past 11 weeks. In lieu of flowers, donations to the UHKF (Providence Care Hospital Heritage 2) would be kindly appreciated.

In keeping with Phil’s wishes cremation has taken place at the James Reid Funeral Home and there will be no services to follow. The family has asked for privacy.
