Day Passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at Lanark Lodge at the age of 83. Son of Margaret and William LaPointe and brother of Hazel, Phyllis, Velma, Oliver, Ronnie, William and Gerald. Melvin will be remembered by his friends at Community Living North Frontenac.

Visitation will be held at James Reid Funeral Home on Thursday, June 22, 2023 from 10 am with the funeral service following at 11 am. Interment Parham Cemetery.
