Died peacefully at the age of 82 at the Perth Site of the Perth & Smiths Falls District Hospital after battling cancer. Marion is most known for her time as the manager of the Perth chamber of commerce. She tirelessly volunteered with the Perth hospital and was on the hospital auxiliary. Marion also volunteered with Perth’s festivals and Santa Claus parade over the years. She was very proud of her community.

Marion is survived by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, her partner of 18 years Bert Shaw and her best friend of 30 years Victoria Ash. A celebration of life will be held on August 26th in Sharbot Lake, Crossings Pub 14152 Rd 38, from 12 noon to 3pm.
