Peeling, Louis Ronald “Luke”

Passed away peacefully with family by his side at the Lennox & Addington County General Hospital on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at the age of 75. Luke will be forever missed by his devoted wife Linda Hume of 18 Years. Cherished father of Annette Langridge (Dan) of Prince Edward County, Tammy Alton (Dan) of Sherwood Park, Louis Peeling (Karrie) of Stirling and Victoria Peeling (Cody) of Brighton. He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren Sarah, Shannon, Louis, Laura, Tyler and Nic as well as his great-grandchildren Rudy and Rylee. Beloved brother of Pat Brant (late Roger) of Marysville, Bill Peeling (Lynn) of Inglehart, Judy Peeling (Donald) of Hanover, Leland Peeling (Kay) of Prince Edward County, Stephen Peeling of Edmonton, Susan Whitby (Gary) of Belleville, Diane Beveridge (late Dave) of Edmonton Sandy Kempton (late Howard) of Edmonton. Fondly remembered by his numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Predeceased by his parents Edmund and Muriel Peeling (nee Peterson) as well as his siblings Stanley Peeling (Joy), Lola Elsbury (late Noel), Sharon Peeling (Rob), Nancy Robinson (Doug), Penny Smart (Darryl), Peter Peeling and infants Sidney and Pauline Peeling. Visitation was held at the Evangel Temple (320 Bridge Street W, Napanee) on Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Funeral Service was held in the Sanctuary on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Burial to follow in Cherry Valley Cemetery, PEC. Memorial donations made in Luke’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
