Passed peacefully at Pine Meadow Nursing Home, Northbrook, Ontario with family at his side. Bill was beloved husband of Babe (nee: Perry) for 64 years.  Son of the late Mary (Packwood) and Sidney Tibble.  Step son of Edna Tibble, Northbrook.   Previously deceased by son Randy, sisters Joyce and Marlene. Loving father of Linda (Mike), of Oshawa, Philip (Nicole) of Kingston. Poppa to Hannah and Keira and Step-grandpa to Geremy and Lindsey. Special “Uncle Bill” to Ken and Ella.  A celebration of Bill’s life will be held at a later date.
